The BMW X7 G07 is a vehicle that commands attention, and its owner sought a window tint that would complement its imposing presence. While initially preferring non-reflective films, the owner was captivated by the unique color and clarity of the HabarCamp Sapphire Bond. HabarCamp is a German-engineered window film brand, exclusively manufactured in Germany. Known for its high-performance non-reflective films, HabarCamp has introduced the Sapphire Bond line, offering a distinctive aesthetic with remarkable clarity and color depth, akin to a precious sapphire. This film provides excellent heat rejection while enhancing the vehicle's individuality.

Sapphire Bond distinguishes itself from typical reflective films with its unique characteristics. Its mesmerizing, deep color, reminiscent of a teal gemstone, creates a luxurious look regardless of the car's exterior paint. From the outside, it offers a subtle reflection that ensures privacy, while from the inside, it provides exceptional clarity, ensuring an unobstructed view for the driver. BMW X7 Window Tinting Process and Results

At our Daejeon facility, every vehicle, including this BMW X7, undergoes a thorough pre-installation inspection. We meticulously check for any minor scratches or imperfections that may have occurred during the delivery process, ensuring a flawless canvas for the tint application. Special attention is given to BMW interiors, which can be prone to scratching.

The chosen tint percentages were 28% for the front windshield and 8% for the side and rear windows, tailored to the owner's preferences. Sapphire Bond maintains excellent outward visibility and privacy protection across various shades. The 8% rear tint offers substantial privacy, while the 28% front tint balances daytime visibility with adequate privacy.

Installation process:

1. Surface Preparation: Thoroughly cleaning and degreasing all glass surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Film Cutting: Precisely cutting the window film to match the exact contours of each window.
3. Application: Carefully applying the film to the interior of the glass, using specialized tools to eliminate air bubbles and ensure a smooth finish.
4. Shrinking and Trimming: Using heat to shrink the film for a perfect fit, followed by a meticulous 'shaving' technique along the edges for a seamless, factory-installed look.

The 'shaving' technique, where the film is trimmed precisely to the edge of the glass, was applied to the side windows. This detail enhances the aesthetic appeal of the Sapphire Bond's 100% reflection, creating a clean, integrated appearance as if it were original equipment.
