Wheel Repair Installation Process:

- Pre-heating: Wheels are pre-heated in a specialized oven to approximately 180°C (356°F). This removes any residual moisture and prepares the surface for the powder coating application.

- Curing: The coated wheels are then baked at a high temperature (around 180°C or 356°F) to cure the powder, creating a hard, durable finish.
- Sputtering & Clear Coat: Following the powder coating, the original sputtering finish is reapplied, and a final clear coat is applied for added protection and gloss.
