Step-by-Step Restoration and Ceramic Coating Application

Our restoration process begins with a specialized chemical treatment to break down the hardened mineral deposits. A proprietary alkaline-dissolving foam is applied to the entire vehicle, chemically loosening the lime scale. This is followed by thorough washing, tar removal, and iron decontamination to ensure a perfectly clean surface.

Installation process:

1. Chemical Breakdown & Pre-treatment: Application of a specialized alkaline-dissolving foam to break down hardened water spots, followed by thorough washing, tar, and iron decontamination.
2. Dual Polishing: For severe etching, sanding may be required. We then employ a dual-stage polishing process using advanced compounds and dual-action polishers to remove deep scratches and etching marks, minimizing clear coat removal.
3. Finishing Polish: A final polishing stage with a fine-grit compound and soft pads is performed to refine the surface, enhance gloss, and ensure a uniform finish, bringing the paint back to a showroom-like shine.
4. Ceramic Coating Application: Once the paint is perfectly corrected, a high-quality ceramic coating (also known as nano coating or glass coating) is applied to protect the restored finish and provide a hydrophobic barrier.
