The decision to install a vacuum valved exhaust system on a 2017 Kia Stinger was driven by a desire for a more impactful exhaust note without compromising engine performance. Meister Large Tip Compatibility and Preparation Challenges

Upon receiving the vacuum valved exhaust, initial doubts arose about its true compatibility with the Meister large-diameter tips. While visually it seemed like a match, the actual fit revealed discrepancies. The sales process lacked sufficient detailed information regarding this specific fitment.

Crucially, the exhaust system arrived without the necessary mounting rubber for attachment. After contacting the vendor, the owner had to retrieve the correct parts later. Our team improvised with custom-fabricated rubber for a temporary fix, adding to the overall time required for the project.

Simultaneously, a wireless remote was installed, allowing the owner to adjust the exhaust sound while driving. Connecting each vacuum line precisely demanded significant time, as any error would prevent the valved exhaust from operating.

Meister Large Tip Installation and Interference Resolution

An unexpected issue arose during the assembly of the Meister large-diameter tips with the vacuum valved exhaust: the exhaust tips interfered with the vehicle's chassis. The vacuum valved exhaust unit was thicker than anticipated. The simple description of it being a "Meister-compatible product" proved insufficient.

Our team performed precise modifications to address the interference and readjusted the mounting points. We slightly repositioned the exhaust line, considering the angle of the Meister large-diameter tips. This adjustment was the most critical step in ensuring proper fitment and compatibility.

Harmony with Meister Taillights and Finalizing the Installation
